Fantastic in every way
Absolutely the best VRBO stay we’ve ever had. Annie and Tony have created a tiny bit of heaven in a lovely established neighbourhood. The suite has everything you might need and more: easy walks to a lovely village centre with excellent restaurants, a challenging walk to the top of Te Mata, easy drives to Hamilton, Napier, Ocean Beach, wineries and more. Extras like homegrown fruit and a bottle of wine, suggestions for local sightseeing, discussions about NZ and the locality and even swims in their pool were offered by Annie and Tony. Their kindness was so appreciated.

Lovely stay in Havelock North!
Stayed 2 nights at this lovely little cottage. Would be very cosy for two people but was perfect for me while in Hawke's Bay for work. Anne was very helpful and welcoming. Lovely place to stay!

Tranquil Havelock Stay
We loved staying at the Cottage. It had plenty of space, a clean kitchen and bathroom, with a variety of supplies including a lovely bottle of local Rosé. It was very warm when we stayed so thankfully there was a fan. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The cottage had everything we needed, was clean, cool and the location was excellent. Annie the host was superb! To top it off we were able to use the hosts pool which was a treat considering how warm it was. Walking distance to the village with everything at your fingertips. Would highly recommend.

Just perfect
Annie was wonderful, she checked with me every day to make sure I was sorted and didn't need anything. She put a light on for me when I went out and forgot to put one on and her cottage had everything I could possibly need as well as being so close to everything. Definitely a five star recommendation, in fact a hundred stars! Thanks Annie much appreciated.

Fantastic wee place to stay. Easy to access, the host was wonderful. So many little touches that show she wants your experience to be positive. From the fresh flowers and extra heater in case it got cold overnight, to the pack of chocky biscuits and bottle of wine - all in all a magical weekend. Thanks so much.

Trouble free accommodation
We needed somewhere to sleep while supporting a friend through her husbands death. This was a lovely calm refuge for us at the end of each day, and thoughtful touches (like turning on a light to welcome us back each night) were very welcome. The cottage was clean and warm and well appointed, parking at the door was helpful and if the bathroom was small the water was hot and plentiful. We definitely recommend the cottage. Not really easy walking to the village for my husband and I.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient
Although this lodging is small, the host (Annie) has thoughtfully organized it in such a way that it's quaint and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, making the walk into the downtown area both easy and pleasant. The host does an outstanding job -- very helpful indeed. We hope to stay again in the future.
