"Near to Tottenham Stadium. There’s good variety of restaurants nearby. Easy to locate, staff are helpful. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely we’ll be booking again!"
Down Hall Hotel

"Delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds and building, especially when lit up at night. The spa was relaxing with a great range of treatments, plus The Barn spa on site for additional capacity. Reception, concierge, bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile. A particularly lovely touch was the birthday dessert waiting in our room for my partner. They had kindly accommodated my request for a small surprise. Thank you! A few negatives: 1. Breakfast staff, although friendly, seemed rushed and forgetful. The experience would have been better with a consistently working coffee machine and quicker replenishment of food. 2. Our room was advertised and confirmed as having an extra-large King bed, but it was simply two twins pushed together. I had specifically compared properties for this requirement and paid substantially more for this room type, so this was very disappointing. 3. I’d recommend visiting during the week. At the weekend there were three functions, including two weddings. Guests were running through corridors, banging doors and talking loudly until around 2am. Our room was only six doors down from the function hall, so we also heard a lot of the music. Not quite the relaxing spa weekend I had envisioned."

"Pool area and amenities need some work. Great hours for using the pool. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, however the hotel food was not very hot and not very nice. Sadly we left the food. Ate cereal only Lots of parking which is good."

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! The room was very clean and well-maintained, housekeeping was done daily. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. Location is also great, with many shops and restaurants nearby, so everything is easily accessible. Overall a great value for money hotel. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!"
