"Ash Grove was the perfect place for our stay. It is out of the way and rather private. It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Even better, it was just down the road from Haruru Falls, which was spectacular. We loved going on a walk along the river. We felt very much at home in our little cottage. "Such a lovely place to stay. When we arrived we were given a couple bottles of beer which was much appreciated after the drive from Auckland. We had the two bedroom unit which was perfect for our family of four with a 12 year old and 16 year old. Bedrooms are compact but the living space didn’t feel cramped. Would definitely stay again as the staff were friendly, it was quiet, modern and clean "
