"Very helpful staff. Everything clean and of good standard, very comfortable king bed. Minuses: access to wardrobe and drawers in the bedroom limited due to close proximity of the bed. Access to microwave inconvenient due to its positioning (sideway) in a corner of the kitchenette. "

"The Unit was good size, we could spread out! The beds were good, firm, and our backs did not suffer. The pool was great and right outside our unit. A bbq enabled us to have healthy choice meals of our choosing! Our one concern was the shower curtains that did not do the job! Bathroom floor got incredibly wet and was hazardous inspite of a bathmat. That was a concern with our mature aged party, one of whom is in 70s. Overall really happy stay!"

"A bit 1950s, but super nice people. We enjoyed our stay here. The location was very nice, but the key would get stuck in the lock and needed a fancy jiggle to get it out. Owners might think about changing the locks for ones that work."

An older style complex that is good value for money, the units are comfortable and clean, and fully self-contained. This complex is a100m walk to the closest Paihia beach and a flat 10-minute walk to the main street and tourist wharf at Paihia."

"I really liked the room. Huge bed. I appreciated the ranch slider with a deck looking out into the forest. Very beautiful It almost felt like I was in a different country. Although a little dated, the room was well appointed and very clean. The only down side for me was the light from outside, even with the blind down the room was quite light. That could be a real plus for some people. Great communication and I’d be really happy to stay again. "
