"No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. Verdict - we would stay there again, but for the lack of hot water for showers. Let us know when you get that problem fixed."

"This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to break the bank. Everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast included was good. Nothing special about the breakfast but for the price of the room, it was good. The 4 train is half a block from the hotel. Very easy to get anywhere in the city from this location. We would definitely stay here again."
