The views were splendid, the gardens were lovely as were all the interesting paths weaving around the grounds. The meal was outstanding, absolutely sensational, and it was lovely to share a meal with other guests - a welcome change from dining on seperate tables. Unfortunately the lady who showed us to our rooms on the afternoon of Wed 13th Sep was rather rude, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and obliging. Incredible place to stay and the hosts are friendly and happy to provide local suggestions.

One of best value for money motels. Beds comfortable, room is warm & facilities modern and really clean. Great cafe next door for breakfast. We will be back definitely.

The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, tastefully and decorated in keeping with the building. Very comfortable beds, epic shower and bathroom. Double glazing and location and heavy velvet curtains cut road noise down to a muffled swish and sleeping was not an issue. We will certainly stay again.

Good clean room

Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again

I have stayed here a few times, great location and nice spacious rooms, very warm. Always lovely people to greet you.

Easy checkin and we were enthralled with the great location and stunning 180 views of the beach. Apartment was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfy and it was warm and cosy. Loved the spa bath and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come back thank you :)

Lovely room, only issue is couldn't get the plug up in bathroom sink but a very nice bathroom just the same, friendly and helpful staff. Light bright rooms. Couldn't find the sky movie channel seemed to be overrides with sports channels for some reason but no complaints. Near shops and servos..look forward to returning again.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very clean

Great

Absolutely can't wait to stay here again! Great place, highly recommend!!

A nice triple room with parking, and was very quiet even though centrally located. Great value - highly recommend.

Beautiful location.

Quiet, well maintained , friendly & helpful staff, would stay again.

Everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed upstairs on Carisbrook road, and could park at our door. Well equipped unit with everything you might need. Best showers in NZ. Excellent location. Really enjoyed our time there.
