"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. "We loved this hotel. Insa-dong is a great neighborhood, near many cultural sites, fab shopping, art and excellent food. We visited many other areas but were always happy to return to this location. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and patient with us as we don’t speak the language. We had a deluxe twin room with a view of the Jogyesa temple which is lit up at night (across the street). Btw, their twin beds are larger than standard American twins. The room was extremely clean and efficient. One of our favorite parts was the Korean buffet breakfast (it also included plenty of American items; the selection & quality was amazing.). We had it for 5 days straight and didn’t tire of it. We also enjoyed the beautiful, large lounge area, access only for hotel guests. They also have complimentary large storage lockers if you’re checking-out, but need to store luggage during the day. Overall, we were very pleased to stay at Nine Tree in Insadong, and would not hesitate to book here again."

"We stayed for 1 week. The property has great location and very spacious suites, renovated and we loved this part. The staff was friendly and helpful. One deficiency was somewhat limited breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal since there is overabundance of restaurants in the area, so you don’t need to include it. Remember that these are like apartment units not the hotel, so while it is super convenient you also need to get some extra of the basic things like tea or coffee, tissue etc. bit there is washer in the unit and everything is available in a convenience store. Generally I loved the stay and would recommend it"
