"Staff not very helpful "

"The property did not match the images provided at the time of booking. The difference was noticeable and disappointing."

"The traffic was so loud and the bed was so lumpy we could not sleep and luckily we were allowed to switch rooms. The wear and tear on the bathrooms and pool facilities is gross looking. Holes in the hallway with buckets catching leaks and fans blowing…it was not ideal. The staff were amazing which really was the saving grace."

"Staff was friendly but a little tough to understand. Pool was warm and change rooms by the pool were great. Overall satisfied. "

"The hostel was dirty stains walls, carpet not vacuumed, and garbage laying around. House keeping was substandard - not wiping surface, garbage not done, and coffee etc not the-stocked. Laundry room need a good wipe down and vacuum."

"They upgraded the room and did not let us know and proceeded to charge an extra 100 on the credit card again without saying anything - towels were on the door when we got in the room "

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. However, this time it was under major construction and no one mentioned anything including Expedia. Parking is always a challenge and their Lost and Found should just be called lost. Likely will look for alternatives next year. "

"Hotel was conveniently located, lots of parking out front. Rooms were clean, however bathroom consisted of only a toilet and bathtub which could use some updating. The sink and vanity were located in the room itself, which was odd and a little inconvenient if someone was getting ready while another was trying to sleep. All in all, was a decent stay for a few nights and would stay there again. "
