"Had such a lovely time this past weekend. Room was very clean, and property is in a quieter part of town, so it's not super loud at night. Parking is limited, but not too bad getting into with a smaller vehicle. Even with the compact size of Boston, I was easily able to walk between the the NE Aquarium and MFA!"

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Our rooms were not available at 4pm check in time, we discovered while trying to shower that 1 of our rooms had no shower soap or hand soap. It turns out the ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO HAND SOAP. Then the elevator started going haywire while us + others were in it. Then their engineering team insisted they had to come in to upgrade our TVs immediately, despite do not disturb signs being on. "
