"The room was sooo hot we had to open the windows and get a fan to be some what comfortable. It was still stuffy and there was a smell in our room. The room was clean. Definitely more dated than the pictures looked online. The staff was all unhelpful and rude. I interacted with maybe 8 staff members and only 1 was nice to us, 1. The internet was fast, the view was phenomenal, the area was great. The hotel itself left more to be desired. We did get to eat at Vicinity restaurant and that was good . The drinks were awful. My most favorite thing was the view out of our window and walking out of our hotel to see Tower Bridge right there as well as the Thames River. "
