The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!"

"All I needed when attending a professional Conference at the University. Close and conveniently located to the University, shops and delicious restaurants. Lovely stay for a single person or Couple. Very neat, clean and comfortable. "

Needs additional sofa chair (only one 2 seater for 6 guests staying), and dining chairs (only 4), mattresses are very hard (need mattress toppers or different mattresses), unable to close door to bedriin with single beds because base covered the door partly. No potato peeler or oven dishes or roasting dish. No additional towels/sheets and only one heavy duvet as an extra. Clean and well presented otherwise -...
