There was a musty smell in many areas of the hotel, the bathroom fan was very loud and connected to the light which made it challenging to go to the bathroom at night, and the hot tub was out of order. However, the lobby and restaurant were nice, the property was clean, the breakfast was good (except for the orange juice which tasted watered down), and the staff were kind.

Super friendly staff. Room was ok. Bathroom fan did not work, so room was a bit stuffy after a hot shower. No USB ports to charge anything. Fitness room was nice though. Great food at the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful, the jets were strong in the hot tub and both were a good size. The rooms were nice and clean and a good size and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downfall is there was a strong odour of marijuana that ended up going into our room slightly. But other than that our stay was amazing!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at your hotel. The best parts were the wonderful staff who were so friendly and helpful (specifically the front desk Kim F., the maids cleaning rooms when we arrived who stopped their work to answer our questions and help us out, and the friendly staff in the dining room at supper and the morning breakfast area.The only issue was perhaps our mattress which was quite soft and perhaps is ready to be replaced.

Great stay at the BW in brantford. I have never used a hotel jacuzzi before but this pool and hot tub area were so clean I used it without hesitation. Food and service at the restaurant were excellent.

We couldn’t get any sleep during our stay, there was a party next door from us and people going through the halls non stop. The door kept slamming throughout the night. No noise control in rooms and walls are paper thin.

My only issue was the lack of options at Myra’s restaurant. Very little gluten free/low carb diets …of course salad but few meals aside from salads.

Booked from Friday to Monday. Restaurant was open only on Saturday morning and closed Sunday and Monday. Breakfast buffet style only on Saturday and Sunday. Monday you had to choose from options and extra charges if you wanted something else. The pancake from the buffet days are hard as a rock Saturday after breakfast we came back to the room with our door open and house keeper inside without our permission. The hot tub was out of service on Monday. Dogs were barking all night and kids screaming and running in the hall ways

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet with many amenities - microwave, mini fridge, gas fireplace and easy to adjust heating/cooling. The indoor pool and hot tub were exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was also exceptional.
