"I like how close this hotel is to the cruise terminal. I liked that there is a grocery store next to it. I did not like that the main entrance of the hotel and both entrances to their restaurant is not accesible for wheelchair users. I liked how spacious our room was and our bathroom however the shower is not wheelchair accessible."

"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"Great location. Just at the newly opened Westfield Mall. 3-5 mins walk to the metro. Front desk are helpful for any questions you have. And the best part for me was the free access to Prime Time Fitness which they have partnered with. Will stay again. "
