"Comfortable bed and quiet rooms. Nice offerings for breakfast for a fee. No coffee in rooms or refrigerator like American hotels. Hotel is U shaped and outdoor space has lounge area for smokers. Inside lobby nicely decorated minimalist modern. 15 minute walk to airport and S-1 trains to Hamburg Hbf central. "It was Ok, room too hot."

"Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting. "

"Air con didn’t work I complained twice during stay and after stay too. The room was so hot I had to open window and the road outside was so noisy sirens etc I had little sleep. Customer service non existent "
