Breakfast below average for a 4 star hotel. Visit instead bake and soda next door for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large room. Quiet. Subway very close. Staff speaks very poorly English. And whenever we have written to them prior to arrival (in English) they always reply in German which we consider to be not so friendly.

Small rooms, great location

Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other weekday the hotel would've been quieter, but that would be the only thing I'd complain about. Still a solid choice for a hotel

Ich war überwuegend mit allem zu frieden. Die Zimmer wsren stets sauber, dass Personal sehr freundlich. Nur das Personal müsste umsichtiger sein. Wir saßen Abends unten an der Bar. Nachdem unsere ersten Gläser leer waren, wurde uns keine Beachtung mehr geschenkt. Wir hatten nach einer gefüllten halben Stunde die Nase voll und haben bezahlt. Das läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Aber vielleicht will man keinen Umsatz machen.

Die Ankunft war perfekt, da das Hotel eine Tiefgarage hat. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken und bei allen Fragen. Da direkt am Hotel die U - Bahnstation ist, ist man auch ohne Pkw, mobil, perfekt. Das Zimmer war sauber und wohnlich, sowie gut ausgestattet. Mir ist es ein Rätsel, wie die Gäste eine weiße Wand so verschmutzen können. Das Personal vom Housekeeping macht ihren Job sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, vielfälltig, einfach super. Einen minus Punkt muß ich leider an das Personal in der Bar vergeben. Am Nachmittag hat es mit dem Kuchen eine Verwechselung gegeben, kann vorkommen. Am Nebentisch hat ein Gast, nach einer Blumenvase gefragt,kam nicht. Am Abend war das erste Glas leer, leider hat sich niemand für unseren Tisch interessiert, hätten gerne noch etwas bestellt, sind dann gegangen???

Das Hotel an sich Klasse. Ganz hervorragend: Das Personal durchweg! Egal ob Rezeption oder Restaurant! Unser Zimmer war gut, Blick Richtung Elbe-Seitenarm und ruhig. Betten gut, allerdings musste ich erst in Eigenregie die Füße festdrehen. Einsturzgefahr! Wir hatten es gemeldet, Hausmeister war allerdings kurz vorher in den Feierabend gegangenen. Bin selber Handwerker, deshalb kein Problem. Das Hotel wird allerdings auch gerade renoviert. Vielleicht kommt so etwas dann nicht mehr vor. Die Zimmer- bzw Badreinigung ist verbesserungswürdig. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen und können es auch empfehlen! Danke noch mal an das gesamte Personal!

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Mittlerweile ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksauswahl ist super. Die Anbindung zur U-Bahn ebenfalls. Zukünftig würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr wählen. Die Temperatur im Zimmer ist einfach zu warm. Die Frischluftanlage produziert keine angenehme Temperatur. Dafür macht sie sehr viel Lärm.

Schöne Zimmer! U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür - perfekt!! Super Frühstück. Leider kam das Personal nicht mit abräumen hinterher, so daas wir an beiden Tagen auf einen freien/sauberen Tisch warten mussten bzw. selbst abgeräumt haben. Durch viele Familien/Kinder ist es morgens beim Frühstück und abends im Foyer teilweise sehr laut. Personal ansonsten sehr nett. Tolle Terrasse!

Tyst hotell med bra isolerade fönster, bra med garage i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Tråkig reception just för att den helt enkelt var för stor och opersonlig. Vi hade missat att detta är ett barnhotell vilket märktes i receptionen där det fanns stora lekytor för barn vilket också märktes på ljudnivån. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam och trevlig och rummet var bra, skönt med AC. Frukosten var okej. Tyvärr hade vi regn när vi bodde här men hade det varit sol hade det säkert varit trevligt med vattenstråken utanför. Det tar ca 7-10 min att gå till ett större köpcentrum. Överlag ett bra hotell som funkade bra för vår övernattning på vår resa söderöver.
