"Flight was delayed, we checked in very early in the morning. The older gentleman working was the kindest and most helpful hotel desk staff I think I’ve ever had. Breakfast was not worth $16. Eggs were hard and gross, lady who was working the dining area was miserable and not helpful at all. Asked for fresh eggs and was told no. "

"the kitchen is incredibly stocked, so it was very easy to cook food grocery bought meals. Also a very comfortable-looking room. Some of the things provided in the room were expired, but otherwise a good range of tea, snacks. Could hear people upstairs, but primarily when going to the washroom, otherwise it was manageable. It was lovely staying here, and would definitely consider coming back!"

"We notified the owner on 3 key issues: mold in bathroom, bathroom fixture (brokenthe shower) & couch never vacuumed. There is more that I wrote to correct: never heard back from her. The wobbly kitchen table unable to correct, gate entry too high to reach, no notifications on how to find local items, TV could not be changed to ENGLISH, including cable. Foreign language Punjab there as well. Toothpaste dispenser in bathroom filthy, Windex never used on mirror. Parking for vehicle extremely confusing….either local regulations never explained as well as where to park.(had to ask owner exactly where). Place was spacious & never used kitchen. Was unhinged about bathroom to either consider using the kitchen. Never would consider again. Fireplace only for show, does not work. "

"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities like laundry and ironing were shared with the upstairs unit, which was a disaster. We never got to use the washer / dryer bc it was occupied the entire time during our stay. Noise from upstairs began as early as 7 a.m., and even after asking them to be quieter, it continued. The property feels neglected and is currently for sale, with no urgency to make it comfortable. The host was responsive but often rude. While we were granted a partial refund and allowed to cancel after a few days, the conditions were unlivable for the full week. What’s worse, we raised concerns after reading a negative review written just a week before our stay. The host dismissed it as inaccurate, claiming the guest was upset about a refund. That was false our experience was identical to theirs. The photos do not reflect the actual basement unit. Overall, the stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property."
