"Great place to stay!"

"I have two suggestions. The gravel roads into the motel at night are dark and very hard to find. Also, as soon as they can afford it, they should take up the carpets in the pet rooms and put down luxury vinyl panels or something else easy to clean. My dogs went nuts smelling the carpets all over the room because of the embedded traces of past dogs in the rug."

"This is an old, rustic motel. Billingsley Creek runs past the back deck and that saved it for us. Nobody was in the office the entire 4 days and 3 nights we were there. We had 2 sets of bath towels and wash cloths, but only had one hand towel to share. There wasn’t an hair dryer in the room, although it’s listed as an amenity (thank goodness my wife was okay air-drying her curly hair). And at night a very rank odor took over the bathroom. We probably won’t stay there again or recommend it."

"We originally booked two nights for our anniversary. We enjoyed the house so much, we booked two extra nights, drove 2 hours to get our kids and brought them up with us. (We were out of babysitters 🙂). The master jetted tub felt great, the giant tv with surround sound kept the kids entertained, and the hot tub out back was big enough for the whole fam. Beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes to several restaurants. We had a great stay. I will definitely stay here again."

"We loved our little cozy space. It had everything we needed and an awesome shower and comfy bed. The owner was kind enough to notify us of the northern lights viewing on the evening we were there. Hoping to come again soon."
