"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in a long time. It was superbly maintained and, because the hotel is boutique, it had the best of everything - food, comfort, amenities and services. The breakfast was absolutely astounding - served as a course meal, although some variety would be appreciated since we stayed for a few days. "Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done."
