Spacious, good location.

Good location close to Hankyu, stores and restaurants. Best of all, there was an open bar every evening for hotel guests. It's a tad expensive but the rooms are also more spacious than most hotels in Japan

The staffs were all helpful and accommodating, and even called us to see if we wanted our room to be cleaned. We had the breakfast deal during our stay and the food was exceptional, the waitress and staffs were exceptional and by day 2 they knew all of our orders without saying a word. The property was within walking distance to the shopping malls, metro and restaurants which made is so great. I would definite book with Harmonie Embrassee Osaka the next time we are in Osaka for sure!! i

My stay in the suite at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The space was elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for total comfort. The highlight? Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The balcony was a great feature. My only issue was the temperature was almost impossible to control. The sun heated the room but the air conditioning was very poor. I had to open the balcony doors to cool the room down.

The hotel is in a great location in the Chayamachi area. The staff were very professional and the service was great. I do recommend getting the course breakfast added when you stay here. It was very nice.

Best hotel to stay at in Osaka. The staff are so friendly we were respected and had the most amazing service. The front desk ladies and the barman provided unbeatable service. The views during 3 hour happy hour every evening (unlimited free drinks) out on the terrace is unbeatable. Everything about this place is phenomenal.
