"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mustafa, who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is a bit away from the marina center of Bodrum, but it’s only about a 10-minute taxi ride, and there’s a taxi stop nearby. You can also reach the sea on foot in just 5 minutes.
