We booked this hotel to enjoy the sea and the beach. However, we were unable to swim for 10 days due to a burst sewer at the hotel next door, and the hotel could not find a solution to direct us to another beach.

I came here with low expectations but despite the bad reviews, overall we really enjoyed this hotel. Small but nice sandy beach, generally unwavy, perfect for kids. Rooms are super clean and with nice resort design. Breakfast and food was delicious. Staff are kind. Definitely would stay again.

My experience at Divan Bodrum was deeply disappointing. I live in the United States and chose this hotel hoping to spend a special summer vacation with my mother. We picked Divan Bodrum because it is marketed as one of the most prestigious hotels in Türkbükü. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major mistake. We arrived at the hotel at noon, but were told our room was not ready. We accepted this politely and checked in with the front desk every 30 minutes. Despite our repeated inquiries, we were left waiting for nearly two hours in the lobby and restaurant area under the July heat. During that entire time, we were not offered a single glass of water, no welcome gesture, and absolutely no effort was made to make us feel acknowledged or comfortable. At 2:05 PM, we were finally allowed into our room. I travel internationally often for work and I have never been checked into a room this late without any form of hospitality or explanation. Once inside, no one gave us any guidance or information about the hotel. No mention of the gym, spa, restaurants, or even where anything was located. For a hotel that charges over 500 dollars per night, this level of disorganization and indifference is simply unacceptable. I shared my disappointment with the front desk, and a man named Hasan, who I was told is the manager, sent a bottle of wine to our room. That gesture felt like an empty attempt to smooth things over rather than a meaningful response. A professional manager would have taken

Konaklamam çok kötü geçti. Asla Divan kalitesinde olmayan bir konaklama. İsmine kanıp tatilinizi burada geçirmeyin. Otel güya yenilenmiş ama eski. Konakladığımız odadaki banyonun kapı kolları paslıydı, kapıyı çıplak elle açıp kapatamadık. Evcil hayvan dostu otel olarak geçiyor, köpeğimizle geldik, girişte ücret alınırken sıkıntı yoktu, bir kağıt imzalatıldı köpeğin odaya zarar vermemesiyle alakalı, maddelerden biri evcil hayvan odadayken hiçbir şekilde odaya girilmeyeceği, hizmet verilmeyeceğiyle ilgiliydi. Biz odada yokken izin alınmadan, haber verilmeden köpeğim tek başına odadayken odama girilmiş kapının kolu sökülmüş, yeni kapı kolunu takacakları zaman haber vermek akıllarına gelmiş. Odaya konulan yatağın tekeri kırık, odada balkon kapısını dahi açmamamıza rağmen böcek vardı. Konuyla alakalı, her şeyi biz tatilimizi yaparken, odada özel eşyalarımız varken detaylı temizlik yapmakla, tadilat yapmakla çözüme kavuşturmaya çalışan, Divan kalitesi bekliyorsanız, asla beklememeniz gereken otel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü otelin tek olumlu yanı.
