"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. "Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. We had to contact reception and request that someone be sent to clean the facilities. Additionally, the quality of the food was very poor, with extremely limited options. During the entire duration of our stay, we did not have a single meal that was enjoyable. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and kind, and we appreciated their attitude and professionalism. "
