"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. "The hotel room was disgusting. Furthermore, if you are a black person, you should definitely not go to this hotel. Even the people that work at the hotel will be looking at you like an animal in a zoo. Nothing was well organised and barely no one speaks English!"
