"had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"

"Die Freundlichkeit des personals, angefangen von manager bis hin zum täglichen personal, alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ganz besonders hat uns die junge Meryem, von Gast service gefallen. Sehr hilfsbereit and erfrischend!! Das Essen, war ebenso sehr vielfältig und gut. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und werden es weiter empfehlen. "

"Excellent from start to finish I loved it The staff so good and polite from the reception to the dinning area and all around the resort The food was so good and fresh and different variety everyday Also the have a burger and pizza place which is opened during the day The pool was so clean and the deck chairs excellent condition My room was cleaned daily I had all inclusive They let me use all the facilities after check out aswell as my flight was later on in the evening I would recommend this And I would definatley book again Once again Thankyou for your hospitality "
