"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I have never smoked in my life, yet a few days after we checked out, I was charged a fee claiming that we had smoked in the room. Making such a serious accusation without providing any evidence is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the room itself had multiple issues. As soon as we entered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. Even though the hotel was mostly empty, we were given a room on the lowest floor, which felt like one of the worst options available. The kitchen items were old, dirty, and not usable.
Additionally, the room was supposed to have two queen beds, but one of the beds was noticeably smaller and uncomfortable compared to the other, which was misleading.
To make matters worse, the reception staff and employees were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting us.
And do not trust Expedia and hotel. Because hotel charge you extra for resort fee when you arrive there.
Overall, this was a very bad experience in terms of cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Only good thing was beach view. That's all. "
