I had to wait for breakfast for long time. There was no even drinking water in the room. I paid around 50$ for everyday facilities. And valet parking was involved that stuff was asking for tip. Cleaning and the location was okey.

Location is excellent for theater and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a variety for everyone but there is a charge $25. The room was clean and well appointed but the fire alarms with continuous announcements went on from 12 AM to after 1 AM. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Inexpensive with most standard amenities and fairly clean since there's no carpet. Units with kitchenettes & balcony have the view of nightmares. Awful! Other rooms have no view except windowed bldg. (much better), but the rms are decent for staying in Manhattan. Balcony holds 1 chair but view is completely blocked so why sit there (rhet.)? I switched rooms next day when another room (I wanted "ANY room") became available.
