The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are with cold water, they should take care of that because the hotel it’s convenient with a good location for the tourists, breakfast ia good and nice restaurant with a great waterfall

Nice place but almost everyone is rude in reception. Nobody has the courtesy to greet. The restaurant is worse only one employee name Mario is super nice in the restaurant area

The place was extremely nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was there were no plug ins by the beds. Unable to plug in our c paps.

My wife and I have been using this hotel for about 10 years and I think it is time to find a new place. Have never been treated so poorly as we did this time. A new person at the desk needs a course in how to treat regular customers.

the hote is very good. Great location and facilities. The hotel has only 2 elevators available (sometimes only 1). This makes you to dedicate 5-10min just to get downstairs

The staff at the Clarion Suites Hotel know how to treat their customers. Always ready with a smile and a seamless checkin. I recommend this hotel in the Capital for anyone that is looking for a premium hotel with great rates and large suites. I have stayed in many hotels here over the last 15 years - all of them five star hotels. This is by far the best. Thanks Clarion!

The property has a friendly and responsive staff, building space and rooms very clean. Over all great value for the money. Only negative is food and beverage. Fairly expensive for what is poorly prepared and misinterpreted American cuisine. Would have preferred well prepared Guatemalan cuisine. Bar drinks also sub par and no value. 5 stars if you eat elsewhere.
