The breakfast was great (although there was some confusion about it being included, 2 staff members said it wasn’t until I showed the e-mail chain and a senior member agreed it was). "The hotel has a great location and close to lots of amenities, restaurants, parks and mall. Easy to get to other locations in Quito. The staff is super helpful and always ready to help. Our housekeeper person was always attentive and the room was serviced whenever we went outside. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting and arranging tours we wanted to do. The breakfast buffet was superb and had all the options you would want in a breakfast. The staff was great and kept the food well stocked. The shuttle/tour driver, Juan, they had suggested was simply the best. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this property. Thanks for everyone to make our vacation experience exceptional."
