The space
The first bedroom is a very comfortable king size and especially planned for resting, with its own bathroom and black out curtains. It has a fairly spacious walk-in closet and a ceiling fan and A/C
The second bedroom is 2 single beds with colorful and different design, with large closet, ceiling fan and black out windows.
The third bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a home office desk. It also has black out curtains and a floor fan
These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.
At the entrance you can enjoy the living room and dining room, with a different style and colorful design, designed to impress you and spend unique moments with the 55"TV and 30 mb internet.
It has parking for 2 roofed cars, 2 gyms, a jogging court and a very large heated pool area.
It is super safe as it has a 24 hour security guard.
It has a hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and butter and everything you need to cook, prepare drinks and make the most of your trip (sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper towels).
The entrance is autonomous with a safe where the keys are located and they can enter at the time they want and check in.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED because it is prohibited in the building (Pets will result in a fine of 5,000)
You can walk to Midtown, Punto Sao Paulo (financial zone) and Santa Teresita.
By car or Uber, it will take you 4-5 minutes to reach the Chapultepec area.
Fully prepared for people in wheelchairs or older adults, because the apartment can be accessed without climbing any stairs.
The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of $200 pesos per person per night.

The gym, pool, and common areas are shared with other apartments.
The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9pm and respect for neighbors and security guards
The rules of the pool that are at the entrance must be respected such as not putting food or drinks, etc., otherwise fines were generated
Please note that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the pictures may change for wear and tear, but that won't affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc. are shown in the photo, or are included in the rent and are only put there for photography.
Please indicate very well the number of people who will stay, because from 4 people, there is a charge per person per night.
