"The rooms are spacious, modern , quiet & very clean. Having a kitchen access to parking is a plus! The staff is friendly and helpful. Hidden gem on Chicago's Northside. Better than a BnB!"
"I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe. The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks.

"The air conditioning didn't work first night but worked the next day. That was out only issue. Honestly so nice to stay in some place more unique and smaller. Great charm. Don't change anything! "

10/10 Excellent
"This two bedroom second floor apartment was comfortable and meticulously clean. The kitchen cabinets were well labeled and with the exception of a sticky front door everything functioned beautifully. The snacks encompassed most dietary limitations. We had no trouble parking on the street but a rental garage is available with the unit. The neighborhood was safe and perfectly located for our needs. There is an L stop was nearby. Host was promptly available via the VRBO platform. I would happily stay here again as would my husband."

"We loved our stay in this gem nestled in Evanston’s Lakeshore District. We stayed in the three-bedroom unit on the top floor—with ample space to spread out and relax, take walks, and head down to the beach. Janet was super-responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!"
