"I found myself going to this Extended Stay America as an escape from my own home. Ive been living in a studio apartment with a neighbor that has a rolling office chair on the hardwood floor that gets rolled day or night making it very hard to live, sleep or think. When I arrived late on a Sunday night I was treated kindly by Maya and after explaining my ordeal I could see she listened and even looked to see if she could get me a top floor . It wasnt available but was assured no rolling overhead chairs. The room was as quiet as a hotel can be and I was able to finally get some peace and sleep I spent 3 nights. They were friendly and accommodating the whole time. Greeted by front desk and housekeeping staff when engaged and the complimentary coffee and treats in the morning was perfect to wake up too. Vending machines were stocked and had good items. The Old Orchard Mall was close by for entertainment and food but grubhub also see delivers to the hotel without fees. The room fully suited my needs though it's a hotel that gets stayed at a lot. So the fridge was abit beaten up but it was quieter than my one at home. You could tell they clean and dust regularly. I pulled the recliner away from the wall to sit and not one dust bunny.
If you are a budget traveler I definitely recommend staying here. "
