"We were a big group and found this property for long weekend. It is at nice location, ample place for all. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed large family area, music, hot tub, fire pit and then all greenery around. There are places to eat around, things to do and Niagara is little over an hour drive. We had minor incident with a furniture piece and glad we had insurance. Great place for big group, out in farms."

"We had a lovely stay in this charming house. Beautiful property. House is very welcoming. Make sure to pay a visit to the fairy trail :) Would recommend. "
"Perfect set up for 6 single friends and 1 couple. House is well equipped-a full knife block and dishes/platters for group meals. Loved the fireplace and the great room for gathering for games. Only changes-main room could use more lighting and the main bath shower head is sad. Easy location and we talked about staying again next year! "

"It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone. We are definitely considering a visit during the summer to do some biking, and to enjoy the fire pit and views of nature from the deck in the back, or sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch to read a book and witness the surrounding forest life. We came upon this because of a mix-up with another property. Lucky us!Thanks to Josh and Kara. I hope we left everything in good order. "
