"This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. The breakfast included is very basic, but there are other options around, including walking to a café or Tops market. No complaints."
"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Grounds are well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had a great variety and was regularly stocked. Pool area was enjoyable for relaxing after dinner. A dinner recommendation from front desk staff was delightful (Pour Taphouse). We travel from MD to Buffalo a few times a year and we will definitely be back!"

"Excellent communication from the host and smooth easy check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy meals at the chalet. We took advantage of the nice weather to enjoy evenings on the deck and patio. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you!"

"We came here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was great! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t pan out for us so we had limited use of the outdoor spaces but the indoor area was great with plenty of room and comfortable hang out spots for our family of 8. The kitchen was plenty big and we cooked most meals at home with a few times still heading into town which was a quick 10 minute drive away. I had a few questions once we got there and Jaclyn was responsive and helpful in her responses. "
