"This was our group of 7’s 2nd trip to this property and we will definitely return next year. Tony and Michelle are great hosts and have thought of all the little details that make visiting a breeze. Got an opportunity to meet them both and chat for a while. Great people who care about your stay and the property. Can’t say enough either about how perfect the location is. Walk a short distance to everything. Looking forward to our next visit."

"Absolutely loved the ski wing and being separate from everyone else. Our own hot tub was awesome. One thing I'd recommend is hooks outside to hang towels and wet suits on. The mirror inside the fence was a little odd and the inside could've used a deeper clean lots of spiders and dust and musty smell but otherwise great. Looking forward to our next stay"

"This was the perfect place for us to stay for our three nights in Ellicottville. We picked it for its easy walking distance into town, but it exceeded our expectations in so many other ways. It is very well equipped, is really comfortable & clean, has plenty of parking available, and has lots of extras such as tourist info, books, kitchen supplies, and lots of storage space in the bedroom. The decorations are very attractive. It was very spacious for two people. The entry stairs would be steep for anyone with a lot of luggage, but as we only were there three days it was not a problem for us. We recommend a day at Allegany State Park as there's so much to see there. The village is very picturesque with a good selection of shops and places to eat and drink. Everyone we met was very friendly."

"Great location and roomy place. The one thing that was troublesome was there are two bedrooms in the basement, each with two beds but no bathroom in the basement. This became a bit of an issue in the night for 70 year old men with prostate issues. Otherwise great rental."
