The room was immaculate. Very well maintained. Loved the actual "glass" glasses in the room, the private toilet area, all the towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We had the morning breakfast which had the usual breakfast items that most hotels have. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated that especially after a long drive. Beautiful place in a lovely area!

Attractive grounds, convenient location. Room was big & bed was comfortable, but TV was very small. Bathroom was standard. Whole place needs maintenance. Gym was poor: elliptical machine made grinding noise. There was one bike, a treadmill & and one elliptical. The gym needs maintenance & updating .A few weights & a weight bench, Small room. Breakfast was just ok, omelet looked like packaged one, Velveeta type cheese in it.

The rooms were okay. Would consider the rooms basic, nothing luxurious. But serviceable. Easy to access lower rooms. Well maintained landscape, and saw where the ski lifts would be. Very close to their main Street with various shops and restaurants. Saw the loft suites, and its also very dated. It's fine for the area, good breakfast, good pool and amenities.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the pool and location. The hotel is in need of some upgrades. Our room had chipping paint and looked outdated. There was someone else’s poop on the toilet seat. I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Location was excellent and our kids LOVED swimming in the outdoor pool while it was snowing! The buffet breakfast was an unexpected pleasant surprise too! And who could not love sitting around the lobby at night with Shelley behind the bar?!
