"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The property had a beautiful mountain view. My reasons for the lower rating on staff is that management is remote. Communication was excellent; prompt response to texts and clear instructions. But there are no “staff” on the premises. I would stay here again and recommend to others."

"This place was amazing. Clean and all we needed in one location. Private pond for cabin renter, feeding Donkeys, a Bull , Cows, and fishing in the pond. The Host , husband and wife, was amazing! It does have a king size bed in the cabin. Vrbo says queen. Believe me, definitely a King. Beautiful decoration in side the cabin and outside also. 2 rockers on front porch for ur morning coffee. Only 50 min to the pretty place chapel also! Not to mention the 70 plus shops in Hendersonville on main street! I think this is my favorite place I have ever spent my anniversary. Only down side was I only got to stay 2 nights and had to leave lol "

"We had the best time at the Retreat! The house was amazing, you could really tell that the owner’s paid attention to the details. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and the linens and towels were all very luxurious, not cheap at all. The views from the house are spectacular! We had a lot of fun in the game room, it’s definitely a great house to have lots of family and/or friends stay together. The host was a great communicator and made everything so easy. The only difficult part was that nobody had cell service and we were there for a wedding so communicating with people was a little difficult. The house did have great WiFi though so we were able to work around not having service for the most part. We would definitely book this house again and would recommend staying here! "
