We always stay here when we’re in the mountains of North Carolina, the rooms are reasonable clean and have house keeping service daily. The breakfast is exceptional. The desk clerks are pleasant, friendly and professional. Parking can be a bit of a hassle if you’re late getting back to the hotel on weekends. We did enjoy our stay and will stay here again

I loved the clean room and the replacement of towels when we left the room. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. I didn't like that the gym equipment wasn't working. Otherwise excellent accommodations.

You get what you pay for. It’s one of the cheaper places so don’t put the bar to high and you won’t be disappointed. It’s an older building and pretty dark. They have tried to do some upgrades in the rooms but you can feel the new flooring lift a little under your feet. We were in a King room and it had a couch which was great but was older and the coffee table was rickety. It had a hint of cigarette smell left lingering in the fabric. Overall it was clean and tidy.

The rooms were clean but there were some routine maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Exhaust fans in the bathrooms in both rooms didn't work. One bathtub barely drained so you would end up standing in ankle deep water when showering. Staff was friendly and helpful.
