"I didn't know what to expect coming here. 1. Pool 10/10 For non-club members I think you only get to 1 pool. But... it's awesome and spans pretty much the whole beach side of the the resort! I was very impressed. 2. Rooms 10/10 Very clean and very nice on the inside. I've been to a lot of resorts that were more recently built and I would put it higher than those resorts. 3. Property 10/10 This property has charm! They have gardens that you can walk through that are amazing. The beachfront is very picturesque would compete with the best of them. Mountains in the front and palm trees and beaches in the back! 4. Food 9/10 The restaurants were good, but I mean it's resort food. So I've never went to a resort where the food wasn't better at a good restaurant off site. But for resort food it was great and you don't have to go through the hassle of finding a restaurant. Plus it's included! My favorite was Oregano, and Spice but everyone has different opinions. 5. Beach 8/10 The beach is very pretty, based on the resorts location though the waters are rough. It does have a bit of seaweed but the resort does it's best to clean it. Both of these are a location factor not something the resort can really fix. Give this place a try!"
Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"My family and I stayed at Princess Grand for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We opted for Platinum service, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. Our butlers, Hermique and Keen, were top tier! They took care of everything, including special requests and cravings, and truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Having experienced both properties, I do find the Grand side a little more limited than the adults-only side, where the staff generally seems more attentive. However, our butlers more than made up for this. For families, the water park is amazing, with rides suitable for a wide range of ages. Both the Platinum kids' area and main kids' club were great, with lots of activities and attentive, accommodating staff. The resort is very clean, our room was always well maintained, and any hiccups were addressed promptly. The food is excellent, with a great variety of restaurants and an impressive main buffet that caters to almost any craving or dietary need. My only complaint is the beach on the family side. There are quite a few rocks entering the water, so water shoes are a must. Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation. I highly recommend Princess Grand, and if your budget allows, Platinum is definitely worth it!"

"We booked a last-minute trip to Puerto Rico, and not only was the price great, but the stay was amazing as well. We arrived earlier than check-in, and the hotel was very accommodating by storing our belongings so we could enjoy the day. Check-in was smooth and easy. We had a small hiccup during our stay, but it was addressed and fixed right away. The food on the property was also great."
