"Beautifully updated house. A fantastic job was done to retain the character of the home, but update it to modern amenities and comforts. Directions to access the property were clear, making it easy to locate and enter. My only suggestion would be to provide some basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap in the shower, more toilet paper (we had to go purchase toilet paper as there was a small supply provided). "

Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still...

"The property lived up to our expectations. There was enough in the mansion for everybody to enjoy despite the wide age range. Further afield there were lovely walks and of course Great Yarmouth for a swim in the sea. "

"This house was perfect for two families to stay in for the week. The garden is enormous so plenty of room for kids to run off their energy. The house itself was comfortable and clean. The location is relatively remote being accessed down single track lanes, which meant it was very peaceful, but still only 10 minutes from a shop. We were still generally within 30 minutes of the places we wanted to visit. The Indian takeaway in Poringland was excellent too!"
