The TV menu did not work, only BBC worked but it pixelated. They offer ear plugs as not everyone likes city noises , I am surprised having stayed at Heathrow/Gatwick /Birmingham NEC hotels with double glazing blocking airport noises, that the traffic at the Northampton traffic lights etc was so close and was very prominent. I did not eat at the hotel or do breakfast as I was at a conference at a nearby hotel."

The room was very spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. The hotel was right in the city centre, within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is above a bar, but it has a very quiet, chilled atmosphere, with mostly people working on laptops there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Leicester. It was great value for money!"
