"Our recent stay at Dreamscape was a great experience. The cabin was exactly as described, and the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and hiking trails.During our stay, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. However, the communication from the Dreamscape team was exceptional throughout. The maintenance technician responded quickly, was professional and courteous, and made sure we were well taken care of. He even made a special trip to deliver a window air conditioner and made several attempts to repair the cabin's main AC system. Unfortunately, the issue was beyond what could be repaired during our stay.Despite the unexpected inconvenience, the outstanding customer service and responsiveness made a lasting impression. We would definitely stay at Dreamscape again and would gladly recommend it to others."

"A really great quite peaceful location to get a cabin. Although the cabin is cheaply built when we stayed there was a sever thunderstorm warning and when it started thundering the house started creeking really bad and we thought the house was gonna crash on us. One of the pillow covers was ripped and another one was stained. Water pressure seems too low compared to other cabins/hotel stays in their faucets n shower. Overall its still a nice clean place and would recommend if you dont mind any of the above."

"There was no shower on the property, so you have to go 6 min away to Miguel's Pizza. That wasn't a terrible process, I just didn't realize it until I got there. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. If you pay for wood when you sign the rental agreement, it didn't explain where to get it and I was never able to. Still not sure if I'm getting that 50 refund, so just be aware of the couple of quirks. Great location minutes from the Natural Bridge entrance."
