"When we pulled up, it wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but once we got inside, it was beautiful and clean. The room was clean. The fridge was big with a big freezer and microwave. The staff was friendly. The lounge was great. The pool and hot tub was awesome."

"First time here & we absolutely loved it! We came for my son’s 3rd birthday, I also have a 2 year old & a 2 month old. We will definitely be making this our number 1 indoor water park, they do so many kid friendly activities it was a wonderful stay. Staff is really nice, helpful & friendly!"

"Upon arrival, two people were already waiting at the desk. After several minutes of waiting the young man working came in from the back door smelling like marijuana. He had given a room to the person in front of us that was already occupied. We reserved a single king bed room and were given a double room. The tv in the room didn’t work and there was no remote. "

"Amazing place to stay especially in warmer weather and for skiing. Stag was super supportive and friendly. A must to be with when having the family trip."

"The front desk person seemed irritated as she gave me all of the rules, including what would happen to me if my kids went past the time limit in the swimming pool. The bathroom in my room was not very clean. The gym had one recumbent bike and one treadmill. I tried to work out, but there was somebody on the treadmill.The price was ridiculous for what you get. I would never stay there again."
