"Everything about this stay was basic. For the price we paid, we knew it would be basic. That's what we paid for. Comfy bed - impressed it was king size. Close to the seafront. Town was a 10 minute walk. Free parking on the road outside. Clean bedding. Clean towels. Working TV with Freeview. Tea & coffee tray. Space in the room to put things away if you wanted. Quiet location and quiet inside. Plenty of space for 2 people to move around in the room. We wanted a cheap place to lay our heads for 2 nights. This didn't disappoint. We'd happily go back if in the area again. "

"Great house with everything you need in a great location "

"We stayed as a party of 8 adults , 3 kids and 2 dogs for a 70th birthday weekend. The house was a great size, clean and full of every amenity you could have asked for (including labels and guidance throughout). The outdoor space was excellent with a huge hot tub, putting green and a dart board as well as plenty of furniture. The location was perfect, a few minutes from the beach and several great pubs, included rear parking for 2 cars and plenty of street parking out the front. The host Helen was super friendly and kept in contact from booking through to check out. On the last day we forgot about the clocks moving forward and were a bit rushed so reached out to Helen who happily allowed us extra time to check out. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and we had a brilliant time, will definitely be back to stay again in the future."
