"Excellent Stay, Great Location, a few issues with shortage of ingredients/dishes/drinks available"

"The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!"

"Room very clean and well presented. Bed and pillows soft. My two night stay was very quiet and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and conscientious, but not annoyling so. Food and drink, plus the service was excellent. Gym is modern with a pleasant environment and i happeend to be the only one to use it during my stay- it still had that new gym smell to it. Parking on the road is fine and loads of spaces. Within walking distance of the beach if thats what you are after. Overal, a good base for business or holidaymakers alike. I've struggled to find a hotel in Great Yarmouth that i like, but this place will certainty be my regular when i mext return for work."

"Do not book here. It is closed and no one there. The owner has disappeared. I have reported to hotels.com and they need to be removed. I could not access and hotel was in darkness. Eventually got a refund but took ages to sort ! Avoid at all costs "
