"The property is in a fantastic position next to the beach. Views are brilliant. We stayed with our family of two grown up children and their partners. Although the property said it catered for six the top room was more suited to children rather than adults. Master bedroom was fantastic with views over the sea and with a sun lounge off the bedroom. We all enjoyed our stay with a well kitted out kitchen allowing us to self cater. Down stairs toilet an added bonus."

"Fantastic accommodation, lovely and cosy with everything we needed, fantastic library of DVD’s for you to work your way through. Great beach on the doorstep. A quiet area but lots to do in Great Yarmouth a lovely walk along the beach away. "

"It was right on busy road with inconvenient parking as unloading was difficult. The carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt like someone had smoked inside. Heating difficult to control. Not a good experience would not stay there again."
