"The hotel is a 7 minute walk from the Amsterdam central train station. There's several restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful."

We liked the sustainability practiced by the hotel and as a young teen my daughter enjoyed the technology (ipad) controlled room. Hotel is a short metro ride from Amsterdam Centraal with regular trains including late into night. We recommend the hotel and would love to stay at Ruby Emma again"

"Such a great hotel. Clean, modern, spacious. Snack bar 24/7. Best breakfast! We had a room on the 17th floor and had big windows. Was pretty far from the center and the metro across the street wasn’t operating so we needed to take a car about 15 minutes into town each day. Nothing outside the hotel to do so had to travel. Was a great place to come back to though!"

"We had a great stay and it was mainly due to the location and most of the staff . We could walk to many areas and also well connected to transportation. In general we were welcomed with a friendly smile and very helpful staff. I would normally give 5 stars for service except for the fact that the some of the staff at breakfast from Tuesday till our departure on Friday seemed unhappy and at times. One was even banging the covering for the buffet and coffee station. It’s was very off putting. Specially since it seemed he was unhappy about being asked for milk. "
