"This is my absolute favourite hotel. It’s a beautiful place to stay when you want to escape. You truly don’t even need to leave the property once you arrive and park the car. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Both restaurants have delicious food and I cannot tell you enough how amazing Jeff is from the breakfast restaurant. He truly cared about our meal and went above and beyond. I also love the coffee machine in the lobby! Perfect for a morning coffee in your room before getting ready for the day! Can’t wait to return!"

"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Location was perfect for an event at the bell centre. Breakfast was good with many quick to grab and go options. Bedding was thin and the room was a bit dated but was reasonable for the price. The parking was confusing though as it was underground parking 2 blocks away."

"My wife and stayed here during the first week of August for both of our birthdays. The staff were very nice and the hotel itself is really nice and clean. Love the updates!!! They even upgraded our room upon us arriving with the fireplace, so that was a nice touch. It wasn't real, but loved the look of it. Anytime we needed anything, such as ice or had a question, we would call the reception and it was handled promptly. And their robes are so comfy!!!! I really wish I could purchase one. 😂😂 The only issue we had and why this isn't a 5 star review, is the pillows in the room had a horrible odor!! It was only when you laid on them that it came out. I even called downstairs to have them switched out, but they were still horrible as well. The reception offered bringing up some hypoallergenic pillows, but unfortunately there was only 1, Yes, 1 left in the entire hotel. 😭 The smell of the other pillows were so horrible that my wife and I just shared the one pillow our entire stay. Once that issue is taken care of, it would be perfect! We weren't the only persons that had the issue, as we were checking out, several other couples had the same issue. But, if someone from the Hotel would like to tell me how I can get a robe, that would be great. Lol."

"Room was clean, well ventilated at the perfect temperature. Super quiet. The shades are opaque and kept the room super dark (woke up past 9am and didnt feel like it was this late) Staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help us access our room. (I have never seen a front desk clerk lead us all the way to the elevator wishing us a great stay. Thank you Jade, after a long harsh day, this little extra attention was very appreciated)"
