Room was not in a clean state when we arrived. There was sand bucket and 2 kick boards in the wardrobe that was not ours and still had sand in it. The light in the kitchen was blown, we asked them to fix it, no one came. One of the stove switches was broken and there were lots of fruit flies around the place. Other than that the location is tops being in central position to surfers paradise shops and beach. Pool areas were great too. Despite the cleanliness i would stay again.

We were in a group and other families were in different towers so it made it difficult to see each other. This room was a great layout with amazing views. Only sheets provided for the beds. Couple small things need fixing but otherwise a great clean room! We loved our stay.

Great views and location. Facilities and amenities were good too, would recommend! The only downfall was they were doing maintenance on the elevators and it took forever to get up and down as there was only 2 lifts working… but overall great stay.
