The Space:
1301 Ballah is ideally located above the central hub of Surfers Paradise, Cavill Mall, beside the famous Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club and looking directly onto the patrolled beach. No need for a car here with shops and restaurants at your doorstep.

Located on the 13th level of Ballah the views are breathtaking from the Nerang River, over the Surfers Paradise skyline, onto the beach/ocean and south to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads.

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station lit.erally at your front doorstep

Other Things to Note:
Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.

If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection from a security box.

You will need your guest fob to access the building after hours, lifts at all times and the car park for entry. You will be given 2 fobs when you check in/collect the keys from your office.
