Manager very obliging and friendly. Made us feel welcome. 10 out of 10. The owner of the actual apartment would do well to provide a coffee plunger and a hair dryer as most tourists would not carry these in baggage.

We stayed in June and it was perfect for our family of 4. Only a ten minute walk to Cavill Ave along the beach. The apartment was quiet, amazing views, large enough for the whole family. Communication was excellent and the whole week was hassle free. Would definitely stay here again.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here - the views are breathtakingly amazing including the beach and ocean as well as Surfers Paradise to Southport .The beach is straight across the road so you can go and have a dip in the cool ocean or you can take a dip in the sparkling pool on premises . Surfers Paradise -with all the great shops eateries top rated restaurants and exclusive night clubs are just a short stroll away.If your looking to take the family out there is plenty on offer here and all within close proximity .All the staff are friendly and only too happy to help and the lifts make life a lot easier There is undercover secure parking and the apartment is more than comfortable spacious and very clean and modern .All appliances within the apartment are of high quality and working order Overall -highly recommend this place

Ben was great to deal with, he arranged a high chair and travel cot. When we arrived our Woolworths shop was already in our apartment. The apartment was perfect and had a great view. The pool was a bit chilly but the beach was only 1-2 mins away.

Outstanding views in a great location.

A lovely apartment with a spectacular view. Very convenient location. An older apartment block but the apartment itself was large, modern and renovated to a high standard. All the comforts you could want or need - we didn't want to leave. Great and easy communication with the apartment manager. We'll be back!

A home away from home!

Our stay was only a week long. We absolutely loved the presentation and team managing are fantastic. Ben is a friendly individual and really great to interact with. The building is a bit dated from outside but amazingly beautiful and nicely renovated inside. Close to beach and shops and market makes it that much more attractive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

We loves the place. The beach is just across the road next to the Narrowneck Court. The river just behind the apartment. Surfers Paradise just 1.2km away. Local market on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday from 4pm - 9pm. We stayed there for 6D5N. Thanks to Veronica.

Just far enough out of surfers central

Very convenient hotel to Surfers precinct with all the amenities needed while beeing just far enough not to be surrounded by towers. Close to tram, beach generous 2 beds and bath. Got a nice bbq and pool area and a spot on the canal side. Recommend to anyone.

Fantastic family break

We stayed for 7 days and found our apartment perfect for our family of 5. Nothing was a hassle and being so close to all the action of Surfers hardly used our rental car at all. Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Late arrival and the instructions we were given were clear an made our arrival so much easier with 3 tired children. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable & Beautiful View

It is wonderful experience living in Narrowneck Court. Apartment has beautiful sea and river view, and there is few minutes walk to the beach. Although it is not central of Surfers Paradise, it is still walking distance along the beautiful beach. And there are tram and bus stations nearby the apartment, you can go central town or theme parks easily. And there is car park and no problem for self-drive. Most important, the owner (I thinks so) - Ben is very nice and helpful, and make you feel living in your home.

On arrival we were told our room was not ready because it had not been cleaned and we got put in another room. This room had dirty floors and walls, dirty pillows, disgusting stained duna. Foxtel didn't work. We wondered if the room we were meant to be in was nicer. No aircon - was stuffy.

We got what we requested. Thanked to Ben. The room and toilet was clean. We stay at 13th floor can see both view of river and sea. Complete kitchenware. We stay as at home.
